As a child growing up on the family farm, Sam Weckert was encouraged to use his hands to create anything he wished in the family workshop, which had been used by his father, and the previous 4 generations before him.

This unique space with it's mix of old and new comntents has forever been a source of inspiration for Sam to create, construct and dream up ideas to turn into tangible, practical objects..

After 5 years of carpentry working for a builder, a 6 month sabbatical of Northern Australia and a 2 year stint fitting out night clubs and bars, a passion for combining all these skills lead to East End Studios being born..
