In my first pregnancy I gained 40kg & also suffered with Pre - Eclampsia.

In my last few months of my first pregnancy I swore to myself I will lose the weight and I would change my lifestyle, I felt horrible.

I lost the weight and some by pushing the pram everyday and on the days it rained out came my $100 Kmart cross trainer.

I started eating breakfast & lunch and cut out carbs at dinner.
I still included bread & occasionally treats in my diet.
It was basic but it worked.

When Bub #2 came along I only gained 12kg & exercised & ate healthy throughout my pregnancy.

When both girls were old enough to go to the crèche I knew it was gym time.
I hide in the ladies section for 6 months done classes & listened & learnt.
I got some confidence & stepped into the real gym area with the men and started "My Journey" to live by - Its a lifestyle & to Never give up.

I trained every other day and grew confidence in what i was doing but always always open to new ideas & learning!!.
I was introduced to the "competing world" and made that my next journey.
In 2013 was my first competition as a fitness model - baring all - some flaws that I was so ashamed to show - I hide & done my first show in QLD.

The day was amazing I never placed but I had fun..
The beginning of 2014 I meet my still coach & great friend & he opened my eyes to so so much more.
My journey changed again and I worked so hard to gain some more muscle & then do Comp prep again for 16 weeks to compete in September.
Work casually at Lorna Jane, being a wife, being a mum, a taxi, a chef, cleaner, being my husbands book keeper for his business.
The list goes on and it is the same for many many women out there juggling all of this and more!!! .
I competed close to home last September and had come so far from the previous year.

So much fun and this time around I was proud of my stretch marks I have on my tummy & how I changed my body again by just believing I can do it.

Since my comp I have been concentrating on new training techniques and enjoying what I have created ....and put a lot of time thought & love into creating a studio for women to show & give hope that has been passed down to me.
It has changed my life & I want to be able to share this .

I love my fitness journey I live & breathe health & fitness! .
