Initié par un jeune du quartier à l’issu de la Falla, le MOUVEMENT du Forum Jeunesse de Saint Michel existe depuis 2004 et représente un espace indépendant de parole, d'échange et d'action citoyenne pour les jeunes de 12 à 30 ans résidant, étudiant ou oeuvrant dans le quartier Saint Michel.

Soutenu par le milieu communautaire de St-Michel depuis 2004, le projet évolue avec un tel succès, que le Forum s'est enregistré en OBNL (organisme à but non lucratif) "pour et par les jeunes" en 2011.

Aujourd'hui sous la direction de notre Conseil d'administration constitué de jeunes du quartier, nous évoluons de manière autonome à la poursuite de nos mandats..

Le FJSM veut faire des jeunes les acteurs du quartier, les citoyens responsables de demain, inscrits et intégrés dans la dynamique communautaire, et les instigateurs du développement d’une identité de quartier.
Nous voulons contribuer à la recherche de solutions plutôt que d’être perçus comme une source de problèmes..
