Fresh Start Recovery Programme (FSRP) is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1997, after its founder Dr George O’Neil treated several pregnant women battling with heroin dependence as part of his work in obstetrics and gynaecology.
The women and their families were desperate for treatment options that would lead to an opiate free life.
In his search for alternatives, Dr O’Neil has become an advocate for non-addictive medical treatments.
