Detailed description is XXXXL Gerichte und Gutbürgerliche Küche ! "Zur Alten Post" im historischen Kringdorf Ammeloe wird seit 1978 von der Familie Tegeler geführt.
Die Kneipe hat sich seitdem zum Treffpunkt der Ammeloer Jugend entwickelt..

In unserem Restaurant haben ca.
80 Pesonen Platz..

Seit 1981 betreiben wir auch einen Partyservice.
Was klein angefangen hat, wurde kontinuierlich ausgebaut und wir beliefern heute Gesellschaften mit bis zu 600 Personen..

Von Anfang an gab es hier schon Schnitzel im Riesenformat.
Da es zu jener Zeit noch keine Teller für "XXL Portionen"gab, wurden die Schnitzel auf Aufschnittplatten serviert.Zusätzlich fertigte dann noch ein Bekannter extra große Kunststoffplatten für uns an.
Leider war die Zeit noch nicht reif für den XXL Trend, und so ist die ganze Sache dann irgendwann eingeschlafen.
Aber seit Oktober 2007 sind wir wieder voll im XXXXXL Rausch..

Seit dem 1.
Mai 2013 gilt in NRW das generlle Rauchverbot.Wir werden uns an diese Gesetze halten und das Rauchen in unseren Räumlichkeiten selbstverständlich verbieten!! Evtl Bußgelder werden an den Verursacher weitergegeben!.

Durch die Umgestaltung sind ein, liebevoll mit allerlei alten und seltenen stillos durcheinander gewürfelten Dekostücken eingerichtetes, Restaurant und ein Kneipenraum mit Gastzimmer für unsere Stammtische entstanden.
Zusätzlich können unsere Gäste während der warmen Jahreszeit jetzt auch unsere Aussengastronimie nutzen, und die Idyllische Atmosphäre unseres gemütlichen Kringdorfes genießen
