在這百年咖啡歷史的古坑荷苞山腳下，有著一個佔地約五甲，種植超過3000棵無毒咖啡樹的谷泉咖啡莊園，莊園內每棵咖啡豆都是經過人工一顆一顆採收，並脫殼、發酵，再經歷多次手工挑豆之後，才可以送入烘焙，而谷泉堅持使用無毒的方式種植，並且通過多項SGS認證。經過數年的歷練，谷泉不斷創新並且保留原有的美味，細心烘焙每粒咖啡、用心沖泡台灣原味，在努力呈現手工台灣咖啡的同時，也希望帶給顧客的是一份台灣咖啡歷史和一杯安心的台灣精品咖啡。 .

多年前荷苞山有位年輕的咖啡農，他是第三代咖啡農劉易騰。當年看見父親因為年紀漸長，無法繼續經營家中的咖啡園，加上從小看著咖啡長大，深深害怕在地台灣咖啡會因此而消失，所以毅然決然得放棄遠在大陸的經商，回到讓他充滿童年回憶的古坑荷苞山。接手後創立【谷泉咖啡莊園】，並以『堅持在地種植』、『咖啡香醇的要求』、『傳承咖啡歷史文化』等理念，用心經營這塊世代留下的土地，希望將這份歷史與特色讓更多人看見。 .

【荷苞山 History】 .

古坑舊稱為「庵古坑」，1920年改稱為古坑。 早於日治時期開始，日本人就開始在荷苞山栽種多達三百公頃的「阿拉比卡」品種咖啡，由於品質優良，更獲選當時進貢日本天皇的重要經濟作物。 民國五十年代，國民政府在雲林縣斗六地區蓋了一座全亞洲最大的咖啡工廠，成為全台最重要咖啡加工樞紐。 當時荷苞山一位剛滿十七歲的少女，也就是現今谷泉咖啡莊園劉易騰的姑姑，獲選為「咖啡小姐」，成為台灣咖啡代言人。.
