Its founder Abhishek Kumar and Karmveer Kumar are highly committed teachers.

About Karmveer Kumar:-.
While in IIT Kanpur Karmveer Kumar used to teach underprivileged children who were coming from nearby villages and IIT campus itself.
The kind of work was an eye opener for him.
There he developed a deep sense of giving back to the society.
What can be more enthralling and satisfying to enlighten the path of someone whose life is full of difficulties? He decided to devote his carrier in education after passing from IIT Kanpur as a B.Tech in Civil Engineering in 2005.

1: From May 2005-October 2006 taught in Sciene Centre(Coaching for IIT JEE)..
2: From November 2006-March 2007 taught in Resonance(Kota)..
3: From April 2007-March 2009 taught in Narayana(Hyderabad)..
4: From April 2009-till now teaching in Ranchi.

Teaching methodology: His teaching philosophy is “To achieve perfection through firm knowledge of the subject and life”.
In lecture he has very natural, practical and interactive approach accompanied by solving simple to complex problems through analysis of each problem, co-relation between problems, innovative and nonroutine / multiple methods for solution/s.
His focus is always on developing the deep analytical thinking, creativity rather than solving problems and problems.
Each lecture is followed by an immediate assignment and its discussion.

Abhishek Kumar graduated from IIT, Kharagpur in the year 2005.
He joined Accenture, Bangalore in the same year.
After a year, he returned back to Ranchi, his native place and started teaching to IITJEE students as a hobby.
Few students got selected in IITJEE exam.
Side by side he took CAT-2007 exam and CSIR NET/JRF exam.
He secured 97.7 percentile in CAT and qualified CSIR NET+JRF Exam.
He was among top 10 in whole India in NET/JRF Exam.
He chose to do MBA after CAT and he completed MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.
After MBA he did not join corporate but he continued teaching to students for IIT JEE.
