In “n” Out was launched on the 15th of August 1998, by a diehard foodie, who believed in “Living to eat” rather than the conventional “Eating to Live.” Initially, the focus was on serving Indian and continental dishes but it gradually gained grounds in Mughalai, Indian and Chinese preparations.
It has now carved a niche amongst the Mughalai restaurants in and around Siliguri.
Some say that, it serves the “best biryani in town”, though we at In “n” Out, continue to believe that there is always room for improvement and off course improvisation..
