- Once we start the order and complete a proof we send that proof to you to approve - if not approved and changes are made there is no additional fee, if approving please go over every detail to ensure no spelling is wrong, dates, times etc ..
once it's approved it goes up for printing once PAYMENT is received..

•How Long Does It Take?.
Depends on my current work load, keep in mind 1 job can be done within a day if it's approved straight away and there is no other jobs on at the same time, the same job make take weeks if you keep changing things and adding things.
I allow 2 days for your artwork in which most will be approved by then if you have not approved it in this time frame then you will be rebooked in for amendments..

All items are custom made and must be pre-paid before we start work - Strictly No payment, No print..

All items are sent via Australia post or Couriers - every item sent will have a tracking number so nothing can go missing..

•Refunds/Exchange.
