Detailed description is The "Knowledge Sharing Programme" was established by the Northern Province Government Service Graduate Officers Union.
"அறிவுப் பகிர்வு நிகழ்ச்சித்திட்டம்" ஆனது எமது மக்கள் மத்தியில் பரந்தளவிலான அறிவியல் தெளிவினை ஏற்படுத்தும் வகையிலும், மக்களை பிழையான திசையில் வழிநடத்திச் சுயலாபம் சம்பாதிப்போரிடமிருந்து காப்பாற்றும் வகையிலும், சிந்தனை ஆற்றலினைத் தூண்டி ஒரு தர்க்க ரீதியான தெளிவினை பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முயற்சித்தல் என்பது இதனது செயற்பாடாகும்.
எனவே பொதுவான அறிவியல் வளற்சிக்கு வித்திடுதல் இதன் மூலாதாரமாகும்..
"அறிவுப் பகிர்வு நிகழ்ச்சித்திட்டம்" ஆனது, "வடக்கு மாகாண அரசாங்க சேவை பட்டதாரி உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் சங்கத்தினால்" அதன் ஆட்சிக்குழுவின் ஒருமைப்பாட்டுடன் 29-07-2014 திகதி ஸ்தாபிக்கப்பட்டது..
அதற்கமைய நிறைவேற்றுக்குழுவின் தலைவராக கௌரவ கே.சடகோபன் அவர்களும், உறுப்பினர்களாக கௌரவ கே.எழில்முதல்வன், கௌரவ பா.நிரூபன் ஆகியோர் தெரிவுசெய்யப்பட்டிருந்தனர்.

அதன் தலைமை நிறைவேற்று அலுவலராக திரு.கே.எஸ்.மயூரன் அவர்களும் சங்கத்தின் கௌரவ தலைவர் அவர்களால் நியமிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தார்..
ஆயினும் 09-09-2014 திகதி சங்கத்தின் ஆட்சிக்குழு மாற்றத்திற்குட்பட்டு, புதிய ஆட்சிக்குழுவின் தீர்மானத்திற்கமைய அறிவுப் பகிர்வு நிகழ்ச்சித்திட்டத்திற்கான புதிய நிறைவேற்றுக்குழு ஸ்தாபிக்கப்பட்டது..
புதிய நிறைவேற்றுக்குழுவின் தலைவராக கௌரவ கே.எஸ்.மயூரன் அவர்களும், உறுப்பினர்களாக கௌரவ கே.எழில்முதல்வன், கௌரவ என்.ரமேஸ்வரன் ஆகியோர் தெரிவுசெய்யப்பட்டிருந்தனர்.
அத்துடன் தொடர்ந்தும் அதன் தலைமை நிறைவேற்று அலுவலராக திரு.கே.எஸ்.மயூரன் அவர்கள் செயற்பட்டுவருகின்றார்..
