and no commitments.
The group gives the opportunity for like minded runners to meet up and run together, whether you are going for a 5k or a 5 day race or just training for a particular event, you will meet people in the same boat.
there's no need for ego or elitist mentality in our group.
We are all equals, no matter what the ability, great way for runners to partner up, stay motivated and fit!, All running is done at a pace that is suitable to your level of fitness & We also talk about Training, Nutrition, Inspiration, Adventures, Swimming, beautiful places to run, cycle or hike & features on races / challenges etc...
