Detailed description is NVCCDF is a District Level apex body that representing grass-roots level community organizations (Cos) in Neelum Valley NVCCDF is a District Level apex body that representing grassroots level community organizations (Cos), village level Cluster Community Organizations (CCOs)/Village Development Organizations (VDO) and Local Support Organizations (LSOs) in UC level in District Neelum AJK.
NVCCDF established in 2003 at District Neelum AJK and registered with AJK government under Act of Joint Stock Companies & Firms Act (Societies Registration Act XXI, 1860) with Regd No.
633-2009.
NVCCDF assisting grass root level organizations in linkages development with government & I/NGOs and other support organizations.
NVCCDF is working as an implementing partner with different National & International Non-Governmental Organizations in District Neelum at Environment, Education, livelihood, health, WatSan, Child Protection/Social Protection, gender development/women empowerment & human resource development etc..

The objectives of NVCCDF are to promote and put in the Educational & infrastructure services through community participation and to empower the local communities in plan, design, and take the ownership of their success and development ideally.
Once empower these communities are able to further impel their economic growth towards the sustainable development.
