Encourage young females to work in partnership with civil society organisations and goverment, both at national and subnational levels through stregthening capacity , women empowerment, and advocacy in order to have positive change in policy making and positive social development.

After creation the vision and mission of the network, the participants were asked to work in 4 small groups to discuss and identify aim, strategies, identity, value, and logo and annual work plan of the network.
Due to the time constrain, facilitator gave an additional assignment (complete a format of annual work plan) to a group who worked on annual work plan.
This group will continue to work on their annual work plan and will present it to all participants in the next workshop.

There were a lot of interaction-discussions, feedbacks and adjustments on the result of each group discussion in the plenary presentation.
To ensure their discussions are on the right track, facilitator asked all participants to pay attention on the connection/ linkage from vision, mission, aim, strategies and annual work plan.
Therefore, the group agreed on the following results: .
