Olacyr Francisco de Moraes (Itápolis, São Paulo, 1º.
de abril de 1931) é um empresário brasileiro que já foi o maior produtor individual de soja do mundo, feito esse que valeu a alcunha de "Rei da Soja" na década de 1980.

Suas fazendas em conjunto com a EMBRAPA (Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária) desenvolveram um novo tipo de grão de soja mais adaptado ao solo do cerrado e uma nova espécie de algodão que fez o Brasil passar de importador a exportador desse produto.
