and refer them to already existing programs in Aalborg municipality.

De socialt udsatte østeuropæere er en målgruppe, der endnu ikke er meget kendskab til.
Derfor har Project Navigation til formål, at skabe dybdegående viden om den udsatte gruppe, og dennes færd i det aalborgensiske udsattemiljø.
Derudover står Project Navigation for, at skabe en samlet indsats, der kan vise vej til eksisterende tilbud som kan hjælpe den enkelte med at få afklaret relevante spørgsmål.
