Detailed description is Reitverein Sparneck Aus Liebe zum Pferd und aus Freude am Reitsport fanden sich Pferdenarren aus Sparneck und Umgebung zusammen und gründeten bereits im Jahr 1953 in der ehemaligen Gaststätte "Friedenseiche" den Reit- und Fahrverein Sparneck, um ihre Begeisterung vereinsmäßig zu betreiben und zu organisieren.
Der Verein nahm auch schon damals an ländlichen Reitturnieren in der Umgebung teil, zu welchen man einfach hinritt.
