Je suis cuisinier de métier, j'ai fais trois ans de bac technologique hôtelier au lycée Hyacinthe Friant de Poligny puis deux ans de BTS option génie culinaire et art de la table.
Puis, après avoir fait plusieurs stages à Paris et en Alsace, je suis parti travailler sept ans en Forêt-Noire (Allemagne), pour revenir ensuite en France m'installer à Rye, dans le Jura..
Rye est un petit pays très calme à la frontière de la Saône-et-Loire et c'est précisément ici que nous sommes venus, avec ma femme Anita, ouvrir notre restaurant "Les 4 Saisons" le 3 juillet 2006, symbole pour nous de travail en symbiose avec les produits que nous offre la nature saison après saison..

Du menu du jour rustique et gourmand, en passant par le service traiteur, les banquets, plats à emporter, et la gastronomie fine et recherchée du dimanche...
Nous mettons notre savoir-faire et notre passion en oeuvre afin de satisfaire les amateurs de cuisine traditionnelle et internationnale.
