Rufino, nascido na Espanha em uma cidade tradicional de marinheiros e pescadores..
Foi então que ele teve a idéia de fazer um restaurante, com especialidades em pescados e frutos do mar que tivesse um mostruário com peixes inteiros, crustáceos e moluscos, todos in natura, com toda sua originalidade..
O nome Rufino's tornou-se uma grife em pescados e o capitão Rufino um verdadeiro mito.
O chef-pescador comanda, com detalhes perfeccionistas, os três Rufino’s que servem suas deliciosas receitas..
