Detailed description is Slam da Guilhermina é uma batalha de poesias que acontece toda última sexta feira de cada mês ao lado do Metrô Guilhermina-Esperança, do lado esquerdo ao sair da catraca.
O Slam da Guilhermina é um campeonato de poesias faladas - o 2º Poetry Slam do Brasil - evento que reúne mensalmente mais de trezentas pessoas em uma praça - arena - a céu aberto na Vila Guilhermina - Zona Leste Paulistana, desde fevereiro de 2012..

Organizamos também o Slam de Poesias Interescolar de São Paulo..

Nosso evento segue o cânone dos poetry slam’s espalhados pelo mundo, e dentro deste existem as regras universais, são elas: a pessoa deve ter três poesias autorais que durem no máximo três minutos durante sua apresentação, não é possível utilizar adereços, figurinos e acompanhamento musical.
No caso de empate os poetas apresentarão outras poesias até o desempate..

Os cinco jurados para avaliação são escolhidos dentre o público que frequenta o evento, sendo assim impassíveis de julgamento, pois não possuem nenhuma formação especifica ou entendimento pleno sobre todos os temas e assuntos apresentados no torneio, eles analisam a partir do que sentem e observam, e definem suas notas de 0,0 a 10, sendo excluídas a menor e a maior nota.
Toda edição sai um vencedor e todos se encontram na finalíssima do ano, e sendo o vencedor desta irá disputar o Slam BR, o vendedor representará o Brasil na Copa do Mundo de Slam de Paris.
