Spoken Word Festival har siden 2010 hyldet det talte ord i mangfoldig form.
Mundtligheden er i fokus gennem et væld af genrer og udtryk, når festivalen byder indenfor til ordenes fest.
Både professionelle og amatører, lokale, nationale og internationale kunstnere indtager igen i år scenen og er med til at fejre, forundre og forarge til glæde for alle, der ønsker at lytte og måske endda tale med..

Festivalens placering i den fynske hovedstad gør, at der er et naturligt fokus på at fremhæve bl.a.
fynske fortællere, rappere og poetry slammere.

Igen i år præsenteres festivalen af Foreningen Studenterhus Odense, og vi ser frem til i endnu højere grad at kunne benytte området i og omkring byens nye Studenterhus som centrum for en lang række af festivalens events.
Derudover samarbejder vi igen i år med Kulturmaskinen, Teater Momentum, StudieStuen og Uteater, ligesom vi glæder os over samarbejdet med byens nye scene Teater 95B.
Festivalen kan fortsat også opleves i gader og stræder med pop-up scenen Speakers Corner..
