مزداد سنة 1984 بالدار البيضاء في منطقة درب السلطان الشعبية متزوج ،حاصل على دبلوم تقني في المعلوميات وتسيير المقاولات سنة 2005 من معهد EURELEC وذلك بعد أن فشل في الحصول على شهادة الباكلوريا ورفضه إعادة السنة مدعيا أن النجاح في الحياة العملية غير مقرون بالباكلوريا ،بعد اتمامه لدراسته توجه للعمل الحر رافضا أي ارتباط بوظيفة بحكم أنه كان يمارس التجارة منذ صغره ،ليبدأ رسميا بسوق درب غلف المعروف في المغرب وافريقيا واروبا حيث يربض المئات من التقنيين المختصين في شتى المجالات التقنية ومن هناك كانت بدايته في صيانة الهواتف لينتهي به المطاف إلى تأسيس شركة خاصة بخدمات الهاتف المحمول سنة 2014 بشراكة مع بعض الأصدقاء كانت الأولى في المغرب ،فكان لزاما عليه أن يدخل مجال الويب المغربي من خلال صفحته الخاصة التي يتناول فيها كل ما يخص الهواتف الذكية لهذا قام بتأسيس فريق TECH-TEAM والذي يضم أٍربعة شباب متخصصين ،ومن ثمرات هذه الصفحة أن أسس موقع "tilifoni.ma '' الذي يعد أول موقع مغربي خاص ببيع الهواتف المستعملة مع الضمان وخدمة الإيصال المجاني والتي ينتظر منها أن تكون رائدة في هذا المجال ..
مهدي الرماني متزوج سنة 2015 ،والآن يزاول عمله بين سوق درب غلف الذي رفض التخلي عنه وبين شركته الخاصة ..
