The Brathaus was founded in Canberra by my family that migrated to Australia in the 90’s from the Blackforest in Germany.
We have been making sausages for generations and specialise in making German Bratwurst but we also make great Polish, Hungarian, French, Spanish, Greek, Moroccan and many other types.
