Our Retreat offers a number of natural therapies including kinesiology, massage,life coaching and more.

Annabel has been working as a Kinesiologist for the past 10 years in Ballarat and has a great deal of experience working with learning difficulties, trauma recovery associated with death, relationship breakdown, work stress, life transitions and other traumatic events that can impact our lives; however you don't need to be going through trauma to appreciate Kinesiology it is a wellness tool that can improve your life no matter what is going on as it helps create a greater connnection with yourself and your relationships.
