This experience combines Reiki, guided meditation, gonging, crystals and chakra balancing, together with channeling from my guide group “Oberon” therefore bringing together all facets of what I do to create a deeply nurturing journey.
Ideal if you are feeling stuck, in limbo, like you are at the threshold of something but not sure what, or you are wanting to break free of the victim path and embrace self-empowerment..

As with all my work with Oberon, the focus is self-empowerment.
The intention of both myself and my Guides is not to ‘fix problems’ but to clear blocks in your vibration, helping you to embrace the experiences you are unfolding in your life with a sense of purpose, ultimately unlocking the creative ‘magic’ that exists within us all.
I work with my guides and yours to highlight where patterns and beliefs may be blocking you.
Often these blocks rest in past life experience.
Once pin-pointed and released this can create a new foundation and sense of direction, clarity and purpose.
You will receive insights and often personalised processes, to help shift these blocks and break limiting patterns or beliefs.

In 2000 I began my Reiki journey with Reiki I, completing Reiki II in 2001 and Reiki Masters in December 2003.
I have been practitioning since 2002, however giving sessions to friends & family since 2000.
Reiki has been a part of my path ever since..

The Gongs became a passion from the time I first discovered them in 2002 at Mt Romance (The Sandalwood Factory).
Hearing them for the first time was like ‘coming home’ – finding a missing part of me.
I have been working with my own Gongs since 2004, beginning with in-school “Self Expression” classes for children - including relaxation, recognising and releasing stress, movement to music etc.

From 2008 I trained and worked as a Gong Master at Mt Romance (The Sandalwood Factory) in The Cone, The Gong & The Bowl and was there for just over 2 years, leaving to continue my own healing and gonging path in 2010, after creating The Sound of The Soul..

Since then I have been working from home, running my own meditation groups which offer Guided Visual Meditation combined with Gonging, facilitating private individual and group Gong sessions and continuing my Reiki/Energy healing work.

I have now taken the opportunity to set up a premise dedicated to my work with The Sound of The Soul.
This is conveniently set up opposite my shop "Heart & Soul Inspirations" (inspirational, spiritual & New Age products) and is situated at Shop 6 Mews Arcade, Lower York St Albany.
