Our regular competition is held each Sunday afternoon commencing at 2pm.
Athletes are asked to arrive by 1.30pm to sign up for day's competition, warm up and any presentations prior to competition.
Athletes each week compete in a 5 event programme (including running, jumping and throwing).
Depending on the programme usually we are finished by 4-4.30pm.
We hold some Friday night competitions, under lights, starting at 6.30pm.
