Detailed description is ib-u-ron® 20mg/ml suspensão oral é um medicamento anti-inflamatório, não sujeito a receita médica, que contém como substância ativa o ibuprofeno.
.
ib-u-ron® 20 mg/ml suspensão oral está indicado no tratamento sintomático da dor ligeira a moderada e da febre.
Está contraindicado: na hipersensibilidade ao ibuprofeno ou a qualquer um dos excipientes, antecedentes de crises de asma, rinite aguda, urticária, edema angioneurótico ou outras reações do tipo alérgico associadas ao uso de anti-inflamatórios; doentes com antecedentes de hemorragia gastrointestinal ou perfuração; úlcera péptica/hemorragia ativa ou história de úlcera péptica/hemorragia recorrente; insuficiência cardíaca grave; hemorragia cerebrovascular ou outra hemorragia ativa; doentes que sofreram desidratação; compromisso grave da função renal ou hepática; alterações da coagulação; durante o terceiro trimestre da gravidez; em crianças com menos de 3 meses de idade ou com peso inferior a 5 Kg.
É necessária precaução com ib-u-ron® na utilização concomitante com outros anti-inflamatórios não esteroides e em doentes com antecedentes: de úlceras gástricas ou duodenais, doença gastrointestinal, de hipertensão e/ou insuficiência cardíaca, de doença hepática ou renal, distúrbio congénito do metabolismo da porfirina e lúpus eritematoso sistémico (SLE) e doença mista do tecido conjuntivo.
No caso de hemorragia, o tratamento deve ser descontinuado.
ib-u-ron® não deve ser utilizado nos doentes em tratamento para a varicela nem em doentes com problemas hereditários raros de intolerância à frutose.
