Detailed description is It is a non-profit organisation of self-organized volunteers.. www.youthvoiceclub.org. www.kangleipak.net OBJECTIVES. 1. To empower youths. 2. To train leaders of tomorrow. 3. To open online as well as offline portal of information (www.kangleipak.net). 4. To give awareness to the people regarding government policies and programmes. 5. To study and analyse the public issues and to suggest solutions which are to be published in our journal – KHONJEL. 6. To encourage entrepreneurship and to attract investors by creating a business friendly environment. . CONSTITUTION. 1, TERMS AND TITLE. i) President is the head of the organization and the Apex Committee.. ii) He is assisted by other members of the Apex Committee.. iii) Apex Committee includes the President, Secretary, Treasurer, Project Director, Media Director and Public Relations Director.. iv) A Project Manager is appointed for every project.. v) “Member of the Month” & “ Member of the Year” are announced on the basis of the performance of the members.. vi) Team is also sometimes known as committee. A team is a group of 4 or 5 members.. vii) He means both male and female.. . 2. PRESIDENT. i) He is the head of the organization.. ii) He is the founding member or is in the organization for five years.. iii) The term of Presidentship is two years. iv) He is elected by the members through greater majority system i.e. 75% of vote.. v) He can be re-elected.. . 3.SECRETARY. i) He is responsible for all accounts of the organisation.. ii) He keeps an accurate record of all incomes and expenditures.. iii) Auditing and Budgeting should be done by the Secretary and the Treasurer in December every year.. iv) He is the founding member or in the organisation for three years.. v) He should be appointed by the President for the term of two years on the recommendation of the Previous Apex Committee.. vi) He can be reappointed.. . . 4. TREASURER. i) He is responsible for the security and maintenance of the fund of the organisation.. ii) Article 3 (iii)-(vi) is applied here.. . 5. PROJECT DIRECTOR:. i) He is responsible for all projects of the organisation like survey, case study, events, publication, production, etc.. ii) He should appoint a Project Manager for every project on the basis of the performance record, interests and the talent of the member through the recommendation of the Apex Committee.. iii) He is a founding member or in the organisation for two years.. iv) He is appointed by the President on the recommendation of the previous Apex Committee.. v)He can be re-appointed.. . 6. MEDIA DIRECTOR. i) He is responsible for all publications and maintenance of our websites.. ii) He should appoint his assistances in his media team.. iii) In the Media Team, there should be Editor, Journalist, Columnist, Analyst,etc.. iv) He should take guidance and help from the experts in this field.. v) Article 5(iii)-(v) is applied here.. . 7. PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR. i) He is responsible for the maintenance of the standard of the members.. ii) He should check and maintain the principles, behaviour of the members.. iii) He should give guidance on how to think, talk, and act like a leader and how to approach people.. iv) Article 5 (iii)-(v) is applied here.. . 8.FUND. i) Donation, contribution and charity sales are the source of income.. ii) Charity sales include the sales of notebook, t-shirt, vegetables, fruits, journal and other local products.. iii) For every mega event or project, there should be a fundraising programme.For that, a Fund Raiser should be appointed by the Project Director.. . 9. MEMBERSHIP. i) 10+ students can register for Voice Club Membership.. ii) Registration can be done in both online and offline.. iii) There is no barrier in membership. Membership can be applied by all sections of the society,. iv) Benefit of membership includes leadership and entrepreneurship training. They also get exposed to the world of informations and knowledge which are not available and taught in the schools and colleges. Internships, research project facilities are also available.. v) Voice Club is more of an organisation. It is a family. Members should treat each other as brothers and sisters irrespective of caste, class, gender, ethnic, race and place of birth.. . 10. REWARD AND PUNISHMENT. i) Promotion or appointment is based on the performance record maintained by the Public Relations Director.. ii) ‘ Member of the Month’ & ‘ Member of the Year’ are also awarded on the same basis.. iii) Use of drugs and narcotics during the activities of the organisation is prohibited. He can be suspended or expelled from the organisation.. iv) The term of the holding office or posts can be ended before the maturation on the basis of incapability ( Health) and violation of the constitution of the organisation. It is done through voting by the members (75%).. v) All expenses of the activities of the organisation will be covered from the fund of the organisation.. vi) There is no pay for holding office (post) of the organisation. Allowance can be given through simple majority voting.. . 11. PROJECTS. i) Projects of the organisation includes survey, case study, campaign, publication, production, debate, conference, seminar, workshop, training, etc.. ii) A Project Manager is appointed for every project.. iii) He should select his team members for the project.. iv) If he fails to select his team members, then the Project Director will allot members to the team.. v) The Project Manager should prepare a plan for the project and submit to the Apex Committee through the Project Director. The Committee will approve or reject it. Amendment can be made to the plan. The funds will be allotted after approval.. vi) The Project Manager should submit an accurate report to the Committee through the Project Director.. . 12. ONLINE/OFFLINE PORTAL. i) There should be an online as well as an offline portal.. ii) All information of our region ( Manipur at present) should be available there. It includes history, polity, economy, environment, events, art and culture,etc.. . 13. JOURNAL - KHONJEL. i) Studies, analysis and reports should be published in the monthly journal.. ii) The journal should be available in both soft and hard copy.. iii) The publication of the Journal is the responsibility of the Media Director and his Media Team.. iv) The sale and distribution of the journal is the responsibility of the Khonjel Sales Manager.. v) The Khonjel Sales Manager should submit reports to the committee from time to time.. . 14. CHARITY SALES. i) Charity Sales are meant for fundraising of the organisation.. ii) It includes the sale of notebook, t-shirt,etc.. iii) Notebook is meant to give information regarding regional history which are not included in the school syllabus.. . 15. SURVEY AND CASE STUDY. i) Surveys should be conducted on historical, socio-economic, political, educational, and environmental fields.. ii) It helps in greater understanding of the society.. iii) It also helps in finding out the feasibility of setting up of new industries and services.. iv) If the project is assigned to only one team, then the team leader is the project manager of that project.. v) An accurate survey report should be submitted.. . 16. HELPLINE - VOICE. i) The should be a helpline or grievances cell.. ii) Student can consult regarding admission, scholarship, education loan, career, etc.. iii) People can report their grievances regarding government policies and programmes for 24X7.
