Tracey has been on a Spiritual Journey for most of her life, everything has led her to this point in her life right now.
Many paths where taken and Tracey spent 2 years in Bali where she completed her Yoga Pranala Teacher Training with Linda from Intuitive Flow, Many Sessions and Workshops with the Amazing Jana Johnson who has been her Spiritual Mother through it all and various Trauma Release Modalities.
Tracey also breathed twice a week with Alchemy of Breath, all of these together through lots of hard work awakened Tracey to her truth.

She is trained in Biodynamic Breath and Trauma Release Therapy and Holotropic Breathwork.

Over the last year though Tracey was called to something deeper, she had wisdom to feel that there’s an ancient knowing that women need to come together in a sisterhood to heal each other.
This took Tracey on her own personal Yoni Healing Journey to Mangala Holland.
After experiencing her first Yoni Massage the seed was planted this was exactly where Tracey needed to be.
She proceeded to spent another 6 months working with Mangala on various workshops and Bodywork sessions.
The change and shift in her body was incredible.
This work is so Powerful and she wishes to share this Goddess Gift to all the other women out there to allow them to reconnect with their true power within.
Tracey has completed her Yoni Massage Practitioner Training with Mangala Holland from Mystic Sex.
She now explores more learning in the Pelvic Floor muscles to give herself more understanding of why certain patterns are evident in women and to teach others how to heal from Pelvic Floor Pain..
