「打狗英國領事館文化園區」位於高雄市西子灣一帶，包含市定古蹟打狗英國領事館官邸、英國領事館辦公室，兩者之間由登山古道作為串連，為本市重要的古蹟群落，亦是全台唯一完整保存官邸及辦公室之領事館園區。目前開放參觀的領事館官邸是高雄市最熱門的文化觀光景點，擁有得天獨厚遠眺西子灣海景夕照的迷人景致。.
整體園區將於102年11月12日正式開園，主體由文化局自行營運，將以活潑生動的故事場景展示領事館時代風貌，並有免費專業導覽解說；部分商業空間結合古典玫瑰園國際股份有限公司，提供多樣服務如正統英式下午茶、文創商品展售及優質餐飲等，在保有特殊文化歷史背景及建築空間美學的前提下，共同營造此一獨具英式風貌特色的歷史場域，歡迎民眾蒞臨參觀。 .
