盛世仁傑，顧名思義，我們想在仁濟二中這個傑才聚集的地方發展出另一個盛世。秉承優良的傳統又不失突破上進的心是我們的主要宗旨，那麼，盛世所代表的就是以往中國悠久深遠的優良歷史慣例，吸取經驗；而仁傑，就是在仁濟二中之地，除了要竭力將我們自身有點發展為傑出的特點以外，更要在仁濟的良好基礎上做出更傑出的創舉。.
