活動由【創意香港】呈獻、「動漫基地」為創意伙伴；【香港動畫製作人協會】、【香港藝術中心】、【香港動漫畫聯會】及【香港數碼娛樂協會】合辦，並由【家是香港】全力支持。於七月至九月期間，會有一連串動漫相關的精彩核心活動舉行，包括動漫嘉年華、動畫放映會、動漫人偶展覽等等，亦同時見證香港首個以動漫為主題的新落成人文藝術社區─「動漫基地」的誕生。另外，我地亦都準備了多個精彩的周邊活動，帶你一同走進豐富繽紛的動漫世界。.

Comics, Animations and more…Let’s have FUN this Summer!!!.
Initiated and presented by CreateHK, with Comix Home Base as Creative Partner, and Hong Kong Animation Filmmaker Society, Hong Kong Arts Centre, Hong Kong Comics and Animation Federation and Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Association as co-organizers, the featured Event “Hong Kong Ani-Com Summer 2013” (“HKACS”) will be held this summer as one of the signature events of the city-wide public participation campaign “Hong Kong: Our Home”.
A series of exciting programmes under the theme of comics and animation will be arranged.
The Event aims at raising the interest of local people in comics and animation, and providing an exchange platform for Hong Kong comic and animation artists.
On top of that, this Event will witness the opening of the Comix Home Base, the first art community focusing on the culture of comics and animation in Hong Kong.
