The requirement for the position includes, but not limited to:
Answer incoming customer inquiries.
Record and modify customer information within the database.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company s customer service policies.
Outgoing, driven, and enthusiastic individuals to complement our culture.
Proficient with hand tools Excellent customer service skills.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
