it could look the same, smell the same, but it just isn't the same. you have to really be careful to check with each individual teamaker. >> absolutely. certified organic, cleanliness and purity. it basically forces suppliers and importers to be really responsible. and so it's a great safety net for you. >> i know. it's so sad because we think of tea that is something that is therapeutic and botanical, give you a great cult. it relax you and now we have to worry about what makers are putting into teas that can poison us. >> so many that are doing it right. what i found in my book "life by the cup" when i went to the tea fields for the first time and i saw the tea fields, the growers who are doing organic versus nonorganic, i saw that that was the answer because it's old-fashioned farming. >> wow, so, side by side doing organic and not organic. basically, once you find your tea source, keep going back there once you know it's safe. >> i know you're not supposed to boil the water.
