Move to Juan Merchan, if he did put tram nap prison, it would have put Donald Trump in prison. The Reason Juan Merchan postponed the sentencing and going for them and really had no choice at all and theres too much legal work to be done between now and the sentencing and at the appellate courts and efforts to pause that and very important legal issues and the least of which is the Immunity Issue and its litigated and likely all the way through the supreme court. So that case was not going to make it to sentencing. I think had merchan tried to put on a show and tried to make that happen, it would have been an issue. We have 20 remember this case is terrible from the beginning and should have never been brought against Donald Trump and going for them when you see this much Appellate Issue going on, can you imagine them putting it all before the election and its just not right. All though the jury reached a verdict as they did in this case. Theres dozens and dozens of bases for appeal before Donald Trump is given a Sanction Or Sentence for the crime undoubtedly. Trey looking forward to the senate and Thats Prosecutor Trump and youre not supposed to be penalized for going to trial. Youre supposed to be rewarded for pleading guilty. The reality is you get more time usually if you go to trial. President trump still denies the wrongful conduct and hes classed with the judge before and New York is not known for sending lot of people to prison for nonviolence offenses and what do you think will happen in late november when he is sentenced . This Case Cant be compared to Anyre Case and in the relationship between Donald TrumpThe Department and the judge Juan Merchan in this Case Cant be compared to any other case. You have to take into account the animas thats grown over time and amount of actions that Juan Merchan engaged in that were beyond what you have with the policy strikes called in the courtroom and calling one after another for trump and i think pushing for sentencing after the election and opens more of a door for Juan Merchan to actually issue a sentence of jail time and i dont think the new York Sentencing guidelines call for it and i think you run this every which way from a standard perspective and especially given this is a particularly, again, Novel Case that was brought in the first place and a Paper Case that was cut and i dont think it deserves it at all and Juan Merchan set himself up and indicated its going to see each other for the middle of the Road And Issue a harsh sentence. A sentence of confinement ahead of the election if Donald Trump is elected would be very catastrophic to the country but a possibility. Trey yeah, i hope im wrong and i hope youre wrong.
