The Hector King-Hunter Pioneer Park Association requested to terminate their lease agreement for the operation and use of the lands known as Hector King-Hunter Pioneer Park.
Administration asked that administration remove the caveat which acknowledges the lease agreement from the title, deposit the funds received from the Association in the amount of $15,195.40 and set up a reserve fund for future park improvements, establish a physical acknowledgement of the contributions of the park made by Jack Machell and Ralph Cheney and acknowledge the name of the park will not be changed.
