You will be responsible for processing non-warranty work orders and invoices, as well as preparing, submitting, and monitoring warranty claims. Responsibilities: Perform shop updates 3-4 times a day. Add detailed information of unit statuses in the shop to the shop sheet and email to the Service Group. Input shop updates into the service logs as updates are done. Completes repair orders and invoices Reviews warranty repair orders to ensure complete and accurate information. Gathers or clarifies information as required from shop supervisor, front counter or parts department.
