According to research by Online Gambling, LGBTQIA+ athletes, some of which were out at the time and some who weren't, have won 93 gold medals, 75 silver medals and 61 bronze medals. As for the most successful LGBTQIA+ athletes in Olympic history, Dutch speed skater Ireen Wüst takes home the title with five Gold, five Silver and a Bronze medal across the last four Winter Games.
