By @tinocochinoradio, @theeserinaperez Apr 5, 2021 A bill in Utah was just passed that would require biological fathers to legally pay half of a woman's out-of-pocket pregnancy costs. The bill was passed in effort to help decrease the burden of pregnancy on women and increase the responsibility for men who have children. This would apply to a pregnancy woman's health insurance premiums and any pregnancy-related medical costs. Now if the paternity of the child is disputed, then the father's wouldn't be required to pay until after his paternity is established. Do you think all states should pass a law like this?
