Following last year’s cancellation, the event is taking place in Rotterdam - originally the location for the 2020 competition and with many of the same representatives performing. A city of rivers Rotterdam lies on the banks of the Nieuwe Maas, the tidal southern branch of the Rhine River, where it’s joined by the smaller River Rotte.
