The project was first announced earlier this year with "every major player" bidding on the film, but once again, Netflix has walked away triumphant. Fast & Loose will find Will Smith starring as a man who wakes up in Tijuana with no memories. As he pieces together his past, he learns that he's been living two lives, one as a crime kingpin and the other as an undercover CIA agent. David Leitch will direct
