A KSP Trooper observed a car swerving on route 451 and attempted to make a stop, but the driver sped on. The Trooper followed the car into Hazard, when Hazard Police took over. The driver led police to Airport Gardens before ditching his vehicle. Police briefly searched the area and found Michael Royer, who was already wanted in Missouri.
