The Department of Town and Country Planning approved a total of three major building applications valued at $28.4 million in the month of November 2020.
Minister for Local Government, Housing and Community Development, Premila Kumar made the announcement yesterday while releasing the Building Approval Statistics for the months of November and December 2020.
She said the three major outline building applications approved for the month of November 2020 were:
Proposed Town House Development on Lot 1 DP 9929 Denarau Road Nadi by Mangrove Jacks Pte Limited worth $22 million dollars.
