3-4 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil (sometimes I use 1/2 Olive oil & 1/2 vegetable oil)
On a chopping board, use your knife to scrape the anchovies & garlic together to make a paste.
Transfer to a small bowl and set aside. 
Bring a small pot of water to a boil.
Boil the egg for 50 seconds and then quickly remove from the boiling water.
Crack the egg and separate the egg yolk.
Whisk in the egg yolk, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard till smooth.
Slowly add in the olive oil as you continue to whisk.
Add fresh cracked pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.
