Lumidesign: Production Supervisor
· Salary of $ 50,000 +
· Yearly bonuses based on annual company net profits
· Currently no benefits
· Paid holidays + 2 Week Vacation
Key Role
· 80% of time will be helping with production and overseeing other production staff
· 20% of time will be organizing projects for the week
Key Responsibilities
· Opening shop & scheduling assembly work for workers
· Maintaining inventory counts and critical component parts to ensure we are never
short for projects
· If we are short on assembly workers, you will fill in the role where needed
Critical Required Skillsets
· Ability to read measuring tapes accurately
· Strong attention to detail-oriented design
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Strong aptitude to learn quickly and improvise when unforeseen situations arise
