動保處證實！滾

遭滾燙熱水淋傷，在獸醫院經11天搶救，虎斑貓「茶茶」仍宣告不治，引爆貓咪飼主、動保人士等怒火，並有動保團體前往新北市衛生局外陳情，希望修法重懲虐貓人。新北市動物保護防疫處則證實，虐貓的黎姓男子已經依違反動物保護法、刑法恐嚇、毀損等罪函送法辦。
