Overview
The Technical Learning Specialist will be responsible for providing primary support to ACDI/VOCA’s Technical and Learning Application Department, to the program management & project staff in the organization, and to the development of accessible learning products. S/he will develop and catalog learning products, tools, and other technical information for efficient use in proposal design and project implementation. Specific responsibilities will focus on the collection, organization, publication, and communication of ACDI/VOCA technical knowledge, approaches and products.
Responsibilities
TLA Support and Coordination: Maintain and contribute to development of TLA communication tools, including SharePoint, Communities of Practice. Compile and promote technical approaches in new business efforts through development of briefers, infographics, success stories, etc. Contribute to organizational and practice area improvements by serving on task forces. Support tool development with research, formatting, editing, and tracking functions. Research and generate background reports. Support TLA specialists with the collation, analysis, visualization and reporting of monitoring and evaluation data.
