Recent b.b.c. . It s a story that s been gripping us for over 50 years of him is amazing stories now journalists historians and conspiracy theorists have begun poring over thousands of newly declassified files relating to the assassination of President John f. Kennedy back in 1963 it emerged a local newspaper here in Britain received an anonymous call 25 minutes before President Kennedy was assassinated warning to expect some big news out of the United States of America the call was made to the Cambridge News According to a memo released earlier this year bought only spotted with the release of the new documents yesterday Chris Elliott is the chief reporter at the Cambridge News he says North working on the paper knew the exchange ever ever happened until it was discovered in a CIA file it was a mystical meant to the Cambridge and use apparently in 9 to 63 only about 25 minutes before John f. Kennedy was assassinated in downtown Dallas warning that something big was going to happen and that it would be good if the Congress News ran the American Embassy and the news. We don t know whether that call was a made we don t know which reporter took the call and we don t know whether the what the reason possibly could have been for him wondering and use the. Pre-payment impact is intriguing isn t it now nearly 3000 previously classified files have been released in the last bunch of documents related to the Kennedy assassination but hundreds of case notes have been withheld for the last 6 months as a request by the CIA and the f.b.i. President Trump said he had no choice but to keep back the papers after the security services apparently expressed concerns about revealing the names of former and current agents and details about intelligence gathering methods still used today it s 54 years since President Kennedy was shot dead as he roared and an overtop car through the streets of Dallas 20 group Global was in the crowd when it happened it was a mystical match the Cambridge parents are you not $263.00 only about 25 minutes before John f. We don t know whether that call was ever made we don t know which reporter took the call and we don t know whether the what the reason possibly could have been for anyone reading a newspaper in which impact I can believe the 1st time I saw it here again from the Cambridge News So there you go the official version of events is that the gunman Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone but a recent survey found that over half of Americans believe others were involved in the port hundreds of books websites t.v. Programs and movies of fun speculation involving rogue u.s. Agents the mafia Cuber the Russians 2 days later Oswald himself was shot and killed by a nightclub owner Jack Ruby the new fires real the f.b.i. Or innuendo and it s going to take its years to piece this together host of mirrors and among the new revolutions in the memoir suggesting Lee Harvey Oswald spoke to the k.g.b. Officer at a Russian Embassy in Mexico City just weeks before President Kennedy was assassinated according to the files of the Soviet Union feed it might be blamed for President s killing it seems more score was also worried about possible military retaliation by the United States the plot plot thickens doesn t it it s up to the finest I m sure the truth and stuff turn x. To thank you very much we do this Monday to Friday between 4 and 16. Sort of try to keep your estate with stuff that s going on in our part of the world County Durham North Yorkshire and reflect on the big stories that are happening nationally and internationally this very close to home again and remembrance has been created in the front of Durham Cathedral to launch the Durham North t s Poppy pale is next the cathedral s main entrance is made up of remembrance crosses brought in by the public as donations to the Royal British Legion the vice dean of Don cathedral come in David Kennedy has been speaking to the B.B.C. s Ross ward and like others here this morning in the church yard of Durham Cathedral to dedicate a Garden of Remembrance which has been initiated by They re all pretty Legion and this is the 1st time we ve done this at the cathedral and it s part of what I think is a a growing focus of Remembrance which has become such an important part of our national life over recent years many people of course are drawn to the cathedral it s a place where for example their light infantry has its chapel and commemorates those who served with the d.l.r. Various standards are laid up in the cathedral commemorating those who have served in the armed force of the crown the Navy the Army under all Air Force we have all war memorial at the west end of the cathedral at this time of year many people are drawn here to remember their loved ones members of their families those who are on active service today in the forces of the Crown and so Durham is a real focus for that and what delight it s been extended through this new initiative not to mention obviously the full That s what is a problem is gone remembrance as well is towards helping people that have survived conflict in a living with the results of that because people will actually be donating by helping to build this garden will need to be given money to buy crosses to put in the garden and that was to the British Legion that helps people still getting on with life after they ve been injured or traumatized by conflict yes that s a very important part of what we re doing in the real broad British Legion through . The poppy appeal raise a wonderful sums of money to help those who have suffered as a result of war in their families to support them and they can many people come here because they want to continue to remember. The cost of war but also of course not since their prayers for a peaceful and just world which is the other side what we re doing today. In that we re praying for peace and reconciliation for all of God s children wherever they might be in every part of the world or sward reporting for p.c.t. Only solution b.b.c. To. Every scrap should we finish this off yes we shall Yes we shall only salute feature where I find a fact I find a new do something a sentence anything and I take a little bit out and you ve just got to fill that gap but I ll call it Gary s Gump so what I ve been asking here is there are all over 500000000 what in the world there are all of a 500000000 what in the world lords of people get in touch with these Is it Americans says Well Mr Howard it s not Americans. Is it lump last says Mike in musk that s what a lamp post and David see him says. But every 15 mins we can keep aware and because he s there he s like a metronome and I don t mean the little furry thing that was from Metro Center or with the traffic in trouble how was it look and do you remember the British norm store in the motor sent yammers and when that opened that s not there anymore says I would not for Tyson bikes I sell advertising to the norm stores in the murders and I would have pretty them no one s testicle that it was by no means there the room by a man called Michael pigs would be I mean I see you re not alone accent what I m southbound 63 h.s.t. Street toward 62 with Carville all lanes of now reopened following an earlier lorry fire so no real bother they re all coping quite nicely on the end 19 is heading south Sheridan down pastel went towards Woolston from Woolworths and down towards north and everything seems to be reasonably fit busy from north and down towards the fly over a little bit slower north of Ackland on the a 19 and plenty of traffic between Surtees bridge and the end 19 but stop start in places either side but generally fairing very very nicely chalk a block leaving Donek non North Road not so bad if you re heading out through cotton at the moment and it s all fairly fit if you re travelling through Durham no major problems there it s all success if you do spot and he would appreciate you call audible 30123 or what I want of me to do what I m going to do I m going to carry on this guy Rees gabbled until 6 o clock so forget me I don t know what Gary s got is in all fairness I mean to let you know upon a time used to involve me but you know girls don t care over 500000000 what in the world. I don t think you got to like you don t want to come back every 15 minutes a little over 15 minutes after that wait a minute you meet you may not yet keep in Seaside County Durham and North Yorkshire on the move b.b.c. . Sport beautiful man money Jones is looking at the build up to both. Medals Brizzly journey came to an end at the hands of Bournemouth in midweek the last 3 want to drink costs but there was some encouraging signs from Flora and $1.00 of them came from a certain 18 year old making only his 3rd start for the club now which trail Rick story with a chance to run at the Palms memorial so he s passed on you need to sort it all for portability of course I get into the box it s a chance to equalise. 10 you know building this 1st Gulf War. Premier League Bull was the day in Colts food for thought in the build up to this weekend s game against reading in the Championship the result in midweek means but I haven t won in 6 games but the border boss says there s no hiding place for him and his players you know any criticism I m happy to take of myself from. Being for pressure and Chris is my whole career playing I m now manager and so you know I m happy to tell you I think what s key is as long as we support. The team and give everything to the team which I found through the maze and support you no harm in a wise choosing not to provide an amount of France we took down there and you know the support was was massive and not going to be vital for of travel to Boxer to take on a struggling Reading side who like 20th in the table having won just 3 times already this season but it s well documented for a stuttering form and they need to kick start the season as soon as possible Royals manager and former United hard man yaps says Bohra are a massive club says a lot of pressure on them because they need to get that they ve got the intention to go up to season you know and they spoke about it they ve got the financial Well ways to do that as well you know in place and as it s normal we re going to be facing a good side we know that you know I ve got a lot of quality within the squad it s not going to be an easy and he task you know but we re confident in ourselves that we can do well you know and but we need to really work hard to it to get that result so Gary monk just has the one injury concern is really just it is nearing a comb back with I give plenty of options which people have questioned whether that s good or a bad thing he made 10 changes for the trip to Barmouth So tomorrow starting on it will make for interesting reading especially for the impressive performances from the likes of to Fernie and try already among others in the starting line up. Remember the last time Barra faced reading in the Championship door to back close friends arriving but if you put it away after the good it didn t. Go back to. Reasonable week with 5 points where you know we had a woman want to these home games and we could win their interest and make sure we didn t get people we need call them in when this week downside you know when it would be nice but would we know Ok we would pick $5.00 of us for our teams in the National League North Tommy Wright takes charge of Darlington for the 1st time since a point in last week they face a blind spot and we need to stay in the park and we get our next opportunity to go there on Saturday in a private bar up to the absolute fly in themselves. I don t think you need any more for me I think we should just stop that with perfection wasn t. d I thought I mean more thoughts in my life Ok All right thank you very much for saying yeah basically we ve had a beautiful beautiful gorgeous day today just look at the weather watch while their watches pictures in clear skies gorgeous blue lovely and lots lots of sunshine but it has been on the cool side after a chilly start this morning now you kind of at the time if you. Where you can you know either have it crisp and clear and cold or you can have it cloudy and a bit milder and that s what s heading our way through this evening and into tomorrow as the high pressure that s been dominating us today just slightly slips away allowing low pressure to build in and that s normally not fair weather friend having said that it s not loads and loads of rain with the low pressure that s going to move towards us what there is though there s a real strengthening of those winds and that starts to happen overnight tonight into the early hours of tomorrow morning a by tomorrow we re looking at a windy gusty day especially a very high ground out towards the parents were talking about wind gusts of $5055.00 maybe 60 miles an hour and of course we know that there are some knock on effects now with things being canceled because of it so will be a windy and cloudy day for you tomorrow morning not too much in the way of rain maybe just sort of feel a drizzle in the air kind of thing over the high ground a thing that will be a bit of drizzle out towards the parents but for most of us we might even see some breaks in the clouds as that wind kind of comes in from the west and whips across the penance and breaks up a little bit towards the eastern side for hours temperatures do a lot better today 15 Celsius 59 in Fahrenheit up about 4 or 5 degrees what we have seen this afternoon with. It will be the cloud in the very strong winds I don t feel any great shakes into Sunday we lose that wind but we will have a cold northerly setting and it will make it feel really rather chilly on Sunday but lots of sunshine a couple of coastal showers there but you don t have to go too far inland to escape those top temperature of 9 or 10 Celsius and a very chilly start a Monday morning certainly shot for something probably the coldest that we ve seen so far this autumn for Monday morning through the day their low pressure starts to build back in again and that will bring us more cloud by the end Monday into Tuesday and a bit milder again on Tuesday 15 degrees once her fact sorry a lovely weekend thank you very much. A lovely shower a thorn in their own the mercurial David Oh well I m with you traffic and travel every 15 minutes I was a. Will relive that big moment for pools It was very big moment for Bora it was the season they got promoted that was a big game in that season and feels like to moral they ve added pressure a lot of criticism floor and around this week in the last couple of weeks with Gary monk We ll talk about that with Neil Madison on the show tonight how to pull United uses short trip to talk you know so far. Down the road in I was on the bus or some of the ridiculous We ll hear from Craig Harrison ahead of that one following their one all draw against Tran Mia in midweek Nicky devotee added again water for absolute world yet. At the night on the night with Eddie Coll alongside me won t see a better free kick than that he was a kid you know he went to school my older son and he used to do it at school all the time which to watch them play he was brilliant well. As I was interviewing David x. After that much walked past and shouted it was a cross was a cross was across totally across so he affirmed Craig Harrison on the program ahead of their trip to talk united and well also look to ply spawns against Darlington and Spennymoor against Charlie in the National League north while you know they re well over go. Town but if you just look behind the curtain a little bit the so much more it reflects on you my identity you know this this idea that we are still a town of my dreams but we embrace you know we embrace the rich culture we have the richer venues we have and an activity and skills we have in this area as well we thought we perhaps don t shout about it enough and got with us typical of us isn t what we do great things but we do want to talk about it we ve always had quite modest opinion of ourselves whereas you know we were leading figures in the world in so many areas where can we find out about all these wonderful things going on over the next fortnight on Facebook we have the Discover Middlesborough Facebook page we have a Twitter account as well but if you go on to the Middle East for council websites there s discover mills or brush with available the I love the idea and it s really infused by because it is a little thing to sort of see behind the scenes of if I would town so these events be free to pay it s a mix of both you have a combination of events where the small cost associated and the lords and loads of free events everyone s welcome you know we love as many people as of course we come to.
