Americas exhausting, seemingly endless election has reached its climax. Unprecedented numbers. Nearly 100 million voted early, but big numbers are turning out today as well. All that being taken into account, i do not think we will have a clear vote and a certified winter tonight. We may have a suspected winner who we think is going to win, but i do not think we will have all the votes counted by tonight by this time tomorrow. I think it would take a few days. We normally would expect the administration to sort of support the idea that the postal votes are 100 trustworthy and yet, the trump administration, public parties have undermined that on repeated occasions. President trump repeatedly suggesting that they cant be trusted. Theres been a change in Harris County in texas about ballots that were cast via a drive in polling stations. That has been overturned and those ballots will of course be counted in the end. To me, it simply undermines just how polarised, just how divided and bitter this boat has been. Of course, the two men have got very little left they can do at the stage. Sit back and watch with their families and due course. Its really all thats left for them to do. In terms of countering activity, of course, we work with our outstanding intelligence and Police Forces across the country and our intelligence agencies to put the protective and preventative measures in place and that will continue. And of course now the public will see more visible policing across the country, and that is right in light of the threat going up. But as ive said, the public should not be alarmed. Maybe he takes North Carolina, the changing face of america at the moment. More urban, more College Voters in North Carolina and again, he is on 273. Youre starting to get a feel for it. There are different routes to the white house forjoe biden because the number of states puts him higher up the list in terms of Electoral College than donald trump. Lets have a look at it. We will go back to 2016 again. Let me reset it for you. 0k, we will take the red pen. Now, i tell you what, we will take the blue pen and i will show you how difficult it becomes for donald trump if we take out florida. Ok, now he is down to 277. And what if we then put wisconsin and michigan back in the blue column, which are pulling very well forjoe biden . And you can see without florida, it becomes very difficult indeed for donald trump. Ok, if he wins florida. But maybe doesnt win pennsylvania. Again, hes short and very difficult, thats an entirely possible map at this moment. So, you can see that the pennsylvania and florida become crucial for donald trump on the night. I just want to show you one other scenario. Were going to turn this one blue. Look at that, 269 269.
