It is Neo so sick Forces Radio b.s. B.s. Do not turn off the radio. Listen to nay are right then today on the show we are talking about being really really tired now I know in the forces you are very very very very very very familiar with being tired all the time whether being out on exercise and getting hardly any slate going on deployment or just having a really really long wait see after a long wait I get really tired for that have my afternoon naps I have to have an afternoon nap for then have one if I miss one day then not just puts me out for the rest of the way. I m on this wake so it s all good so that s one reason why we re talking about being tied the up. The reason is because if you are a user of Twitter then you may have come across a tweet this morning from Mr Donald Trump himself president of the United States of America now he tweeted really really really late or really really early in the morning whichever way you look at it it s he tweeted a tweet that doesn t really make sense and it s literally taken the world by storm it s amazing how much people care about his tweets so he wrote this point the constant negative press called 50 so the word cough if he doesn t really make sense it s not a word well it could be a word but nobody knows the meaning of the word only Donald Trump and then he s deleted the tweet 2 hours later when he saw the news that Evan was on his Twitter what you want about what does this mean so lots of people saying that some people were saying that they thought he died on the toilet so he was in the middle of writing a tweet and then fell off the toilet but that didn t happen. Or didn t happen he s still alive and kicking I promise you and also some people think he was just drunk when he did it other people including professionals so a professor of university in London has said it s quite often when you re overtired you write things that you regret or that you don t know what you re saying which is very true I don t think I ve ever done it but I m sure it s very true a professor said it so it must be true. So that s what we re talking about this today you can t see the tweet for yourself because he s deleted it but that s what s happened if you just just look at any news websites you can see his tweets in all of its glory so talking today than about the most tired you have ever been Think back to a situation where an exercise or on deployment or Ops when you ve just been really really really tired and you ve done something silly maybe gain contact with a show connected at b. F.b.s. Dot com While you think about it all also I think about a situation from myself I m sure I ve got plenty. To. Say. I am the A these dreams we re talking about this late today on way hearts on Forces Radio b f b s Professor Green on the way. Been checking all the news again and there s been some more developments on this whole Donald Trump tweet thing all of that Unifi moments after today on Robin Thicke on the way next ladies are. Going to play you something the Few seconds minutes. While talking about being tied on generally give being tied not being in the forces there are many many circumstances when you are a ta. Very tired lots of occasions when you re very tired say on exercise or been deployed always really tied like myself even though I m not in the forces I m just generally always tired now Donald Trump tweeted last night despite constant negative press coffee and didn t make sense so a professor in London at a university in London I think it was City said that it s because he was too tired and often when people are too tired they don t really know what they re doing and they write things that they were great or don t meet know the meaning of so I said I had an update for you now that the update is that Google Translate have translated it now to when you want to say coverage but your hands are too small to hit the letters on your keyboard that s what they re translating the word coffee feed to now it s going to be one of them words that. Is going to become an actual word isn t it. You can guarantee it s going to happen so it s all good today about when you have been too tired to get into it if you have a situation or you ve got an occasion when you work too tired and maybe you did something silly e-mail is connected at b. Was Love you. Terrorism Joy Division on the way we ve got. Our last. First though let s take that trip to Scotland then we can hear about a very inspirational lady called Deborah burns so much so that she s just want to national award for a work with veterans the ex-military clerk served in the Army for 10 years after falling pregnant she struggled to adopt a normal life and eventually found herself homeless bankrupt and suffering from postnatal depression Deborah was named forces hero by the Daily Record for her work with discourses Association for mental health charity and also veterans 1st point she popped into at number studios to share her excitement with Mr Mark McKenzie. And you don t know. If this is a this is for the. 27th of the wards I will Mike I don t even know when to start it was amazing to know. You and sure actually still can even believe that it went from just being normally need to make an end of the top 50 tally when the who know me to did you know that so my husband nominated me he told me just kind of you to modify it all by the way you know I ve seen nothing in a deal that occurred that are forbidden and they say no many if we have a really good friend I was like he is a you know I would even make any you know any lasted in the fin and innovative really quite clear frank it was maybe even with entreaties I got a phone call from until it occurred to seem to me that I d meet and in a short last 3 even there was really Satan I was like oh my goodness only if there s a fixated in. Ok so you won for a reason reason did they say when the when the. They were you ve won it because Maine s wars because of my bike going to my mental health in so when I left for C s I struggled with him and I had some issues be transitioning from kind of to civilian life. And in and out of it in peace but worker. We saw me point and I suppose. You know the stuff I do to help the veterans and their families their great thing is that you ve taken you to experience you ve taken that 12 most of the work that you do has been so recognized that you re winning awards yeah points but I m going in the. Park in and there are for you know for years that we would be where we are. We cover basically the wall on that show your thoughts Norf unsafe. And I think Mark Earley 2nd laugh over 100. Before any more music let s hear from the Army welfare service their 100 to give personal and their families advice and support across a number of welfare issues just Bracy has been talking to Colonel Nick making o.b. a About what they are for whether you re in the u.k. Or on deployments the role of the Army worked with over my part and it s very much to provide us as well as support to the army the army and a family in order to do that with structures with a number of different areas of service provision and capability to reach out and give what the service person on the family needs not always what they want in order to deliver operational festival and support the delivery of up to the army and when you talk about these needs what kind of thing does that kind of has in fact even need in one anything can event specially when it comes to operation and also you know the family Wow that s a that s always quite a balance that we but of a judgment that s required to really understand what individual Tony we have army welfare workers both military serving soldiers who transfer into the army well for Ranger reasons and get trained to become an Army welfare worker and along with my family and I work with colleagues support and. Counseling them at abuse awareness and involvement sporting Soufan and bereavement childcare face guarding a fairly complicated. And challenging welfare issues what would you say is your most frequent inquiry at the moment people can t even put this issue anything actually described on nowadays I think said on the personal support I think we spend a lot of our time with cancer in a relationship work that s been a fairly steady theme over the last couple of years and we ve been involved in the awareness of domestic abuse and domestic violence awareness and therefore understandably was saying more cases being presented to us because it has a chain of command or identifying the characteristics of domestic abuse or the individuals who are being subjected to feel comfortable that their issue can be dealt with by someone who understands what they re going through and linked with sort of the awareness we re probably seeing an increase again understandably to a larger degree for mental health awareness that we ve again supported the understanding of the issue across the Army and naturally enough when the awareness is increased that we ll see people becoming more comfortable with coming across and seeking support and things more because it can be such a difficult thing to actually come forward. To someone about more advice to give to people that might be quite Now this can in Ca I think the key advised really would be the water they come forward with it will be dealt with in a confidential manner so whilst we may well have Army welfare workers who are green and in a uniform we also have civilian degrades on the welfare workers who complement the military elements assurance or reassurance that whatever they disclose will wear of a possible be dealt with in a completely confidential manner. That will at times be issues that we have to refer to other agencies and organizations but by large whatever individuals tell us we will hold it and handle it in as confidential manner as we possibly can so I think that valley. Trust the organizational fit. It s probably the most important sort of vital ground type statement. That I would say is the out offer up to anyone wanting to seek advice from being on how the advice will be offered to. The us. It is only Golding still falling for you on Forces Radio b f b s. Before that just from your breakfast show was talking to Colonel Nick make an o.b. a From the service right that s it from me today I ve got some for one final try just before the news tomorrow show we ve got the 4th part of this week 5 parts from the tactical medical wing.
