And councilwoman janice lynn. Thank you for being here. Councilwoman. I also want to acknowledge and thank all of our supporters, our president s council members, our president ial partners that are here this evening. And i know that there are a few of you in the audience because its your support that is providing the foundation, the resources that will bring civics and history lessons back. Vogue picking up where schools left off as our programs here at the Nixon Library do. So thank you for your support. Now on to our distinguished speaker this evening. Judge Jeanine Pirro is an author political and legal commentator, cohost on the five on the fox news channel, which is cable news, is highest rated program. Her legal has spanned more than 30 years as an assistant assistant District Attorney for Westchester County in new york, she started the first Domestic Violence unit in a Prosecutors Office in country and was the first woman to prosecute murder. She was the first female county judge and later first female District Attorney, elected Westchester County. Shes the author of eight books, including her most recent crimes against america and was just told as well that it is her birthday. Ladies and gentlemen, would you please join me in welcoming judge jeanine. Oh. Thank you. Thank you very. Thank you. Hi, everybody. First of all, the one thing you never want to hear is that its your birthday when . My age. Okay. I dont want to hear it any more, but thank for recognizing that and but let me just say that im thrilled be back here. Ive always had a very warm feeling when ive been here. I felt it again as soon as i came into the room. So god bless. Its good to see you. I hope everyone is as good as they were when i was last here. I think four years ago. So for me, it is a it is a pleasant return. However. America is not in as good a shape as we are. And thats why i wrote this book. You know, one of the things that i wrote down that Richard Nixon said and this was years ago when i saw it and it just so profound and i really didnt a context within which to really apply it to history was when he said and im sure you all know this never forget the press, the enemy, the estab instrument is the enemy. The professor is are the enemy. I write that down on chalkboard and never forget it. He was prescient. Or maybe he was quicker than we were in recognizing the that america is from the press from the deep state that i see as the establishment and from the professors and the teachers who indoctrinating our children. And so his quote is just so perfect for this book, we find america not in such great shape. America is literally a crime scene where crimes have been committed against every institution of our government, and those crimes are open and notorious. They are visible for all of us to see, but no one is prosecuting those crimes. No one is really calling out in an effective way. And so tonight i want to talk to you for a few minutes about my view of the crimes that are being committed against this great nation. Number one, the indict meant the crimes are real. They are not perceived. The first is the breach of sovereignty. You, the united is no longer a sovereign nation. We are not a nation with borders. We are nothing more than a global landing spot with benefits for anyone from anywhere who would simply dare to enter and then demand and is then entitled to the cornucopia of benefits that we give to our citizens. Education, medication, housing they need. And in this breach, sovereignty, the people that we bring in, we have no idea who they are. Now, i dont have to tell you. Were all immigrants. We are all visitors to this nation. But there is a way to do it. There is a way to in and say, i have something offer. And one of the things that i did as a judge once a month in westchester there was that i would swear in all the newly naturalized from around the world. And by the time i finished, i had. 30 different languages that i said and thank you in. I was so proud of all of the people who came here. They took time. They spent the money, got the lawyers. They learned our history. They swore allegiance they were proud to be a part of this. And i was proud be able to swear them in as natural citizens. But that is not the case. That is not the case now. They are demanding entry. And we have an Administration Joe Biden who is a facilitator. He complicit in aiding and abetting an invasion and an invasion into this country. There is a rush. There is a surge. And if we dont know who they are, how our government perform most important function, which is the first order, which is the safety its people. I want to know whos a pedophile. I want to know who drives drunk, who beats their wife, whos an identity thief, whos a murderer or whos an ms. 13 gang member who is a latin king whos a terrorist . I want to know what country youre from. I want to know why youre coming. I want to know if youre going to. Respect our laws because you didnt when you came here. But the Biden Administration doesnt care. And so some governors want to court and a federal judge, two weeks ago issued an and said, you cannot with the lifting of title 42, you cannot allow and an invasion and an en masse enter into the interior of the United States without at least an alien Registration Number to these people. Because what the Biden Administration was doing, they were just sending them in and saying, look, you know, we have an honor system here where you show up at an immigration. Theyre laughing at us. They are laughing their way into our country. And one of the crimes i didnt mention was, are you a drug dealer . Are you a mule . Are you part of the border thats being control by the cartel and the art trees that are already established through the United States . Were 100,000 americans are killed every year on the fentanyl that is sent from china in there war against the United States through mexico where they put the fentanyl into pills that are regular pills that could be adderall, they could be oxy co down. Theyre not fentanyl pills. And then those pills are taken innocently by our kids because they borrow a pill or by an adult and they die and weve been thinking years that these kids are overdosing. No, theyre not. Its an accidental overdose. They dont do drugs, borrowed a pill. They were studying for an exam. They were bored on covid. Theyre dead in the artery already established throughout the country. I know i had a dea task force when i was when i was a dea. Its done. And secretary mayorkas, i dont know why they have an impeach yet. He tells us the border secure. I mean and this is the guy Homeland Security who said were going to have a disinformation board. Remember with nina where she said, you know, the mary poppins, they were going to have a board that was going to tell us what was true and what wasnt and whether or not we could say things. That brings me to the more global. Now, i want you to follow me just for a minute here. Barack obama, when he was in promised to fundamental transform this nation fund mentally, transform this nation. And barack before his second term as president on september 25th of 2012, after the benghazi attacks went to. The u. N. Issue was whether or not that ridicule was video was responsible for the attack on our ambassador in those three cia workers benghazi you and i both know what that was that was a terrorist attack. You dont bring rocket grenades to a peaceful protest but he wanted to get reelected. And so if they said, you know al qaida was still out there killing us, he would be a liar because barack obama got rid of al qaeda. All right. So two things there. So we got the breach of security at the border. Weve got the is not protecting its citizens. Weve got a situation where joe biden comes in and a trojan horse. Hes a moderate and hes got he backs his horse first into the white house and out comes all these minions have ever taken a look at them, at the heads of all these agencies. Take a look at them. Someday youll a good laugh. Now they come in and they make a decision that what theyre going to do is that theyre going to turn us into a socialist nation. They are against the meritocracy. They are against capital ism. They are against every thing that is near and dear to this country. They want kids to get a trophy for showing up. I want kids to get a trophy for winning. They think that teachers should only be in school if they can make sure that not one teacher ever catches a cold, ever. Now, randi weingarten, there is a real winner there all during pandemic. This woman through the teachers got, billions of dollars. Billions. Why . Because we wanted to open the schools. Our kids need to go to school. But what did they do . Every metric was to close the school and she goes before congress. And she said, we did everything we could to open the schools, but we couldnt we i saw the people who were sick. Give me a break. The Catholic Schools were open. Charter schools were open. The lutheran schools are open. The schools in were open. They were learning quantum physics. The kids in russia werent in school. Our kids were not in school. And so our kids suffered emotionally, psychologically. They get into drugs. Some of them committed suicide, depressed. And all of the other issues that affected them. And Going Forward in a Global Competitive market, our kids are not going to be able to compete with those kids. And i talk about this in the chapter of crimes against. In the first chapter, i talk about so many of our kids right now cant theyre not proficient in english and math and theyre graduating high school. You look at some of the scores of where our kids are compared to the rest of the world, we were the greatest the, smartest, the richest, the most advanced nation earth. We were the nation that Ronald Reagan talked about as that shining city on the hill. Were now going to hell in a handbasket because they want america last they not want america first. And how are they doing . Randi weingarten, by the way, i dont want to finish with her point yet. Randi weingarten. That genius she was in ukraine for months ago. Randi, what are you doing in ukraine . I know we give them a lot of cash. We give them billions. Why would you be going over there . Why are so Many Democrats going the ukraine, nancy went there, jill went there. Everybodys over there. Okay. You know why she went there . She wanted to compare the ed answer, the Education System in ukraine. How it compare to the american system. There is no system in ukraine the schools are bombed. The kids are not in school but she were stupid and she just came from her third visit there. What does she doing there. I dont know. Maybe you can find out. Okay so thats enough about her. Who . Well let her go. Lets talk about law and order its another count in the indictment. This is a nation that believes in the rule of law. You know, there was a time when was such a thing as frontier justice. You know, with your kin would fight it out if somebody in your family got hurt. The hatfields and mccoys, all that other stuff. But then. And that was vigilantism. Okay. But then we decided as a nation in a social contract that we would allow the nation, our country, to protect us when there was a wrong we wouldnt take it out and allow the families to recover any damage or impose any punishment on that social contract. Act is now broken and they broke it by. Defunding the police. These geniuses who know nothing about law enforcement, who know nothing about law and order, crime and punishment said we need to defund the police. They are nothing more than sierra ill racist murderers. That is a lie. That is a lie. And what did and it started with George Foreman and not foreman. George floyd. Floyd, george floyd. Right. George floyd. I got to tell you. What day is today today . Started with . George floyd. And you know what . Derek chauvin should have been prosecuted and he was convicted. And our system of Justice Works because that was one of the most outrageous vicious, cruel, horrific things ive ever seen. And ive seen a lot. All right. Our system works. But they decided tear it down and we defund the police. And when we defund the police, there is a vacuum. Because 911 is not going to get a police to you in time. The police are not responding. And if they are theyre told to stand down their told, theyre not supposed to take any action. So what do you do in . The vacuum youre in a subway car in . New york city, its underground subway car and its moving and its locked. And in that subway car, its a schizophrenic mentally ill man in the midst of a psychotic episode. And he is wave ing around throwing things down. And he says, number one, im ready to die. And number two, i dont care if. I go to jail for life. What does that tell you . If youre a cop or youre in the military, wheres my or youre in the military . It means two things. Youre homicidal, youre suicidal. I dont care if i die, im ready to go to jail for life. Danny pennys on that train. Hes an exmarine. Hes 24. He grabbed jordan neeley, a black man. He he restrains him and two other members in that subway hold. Jordan pennys down. A black man and a white man. They get to the point where people are actually calling 911 and on the subway, sometimes the calls go through or it doesnt help, help, help. Five calls come in to the police that theyve documented. Help. Theres a problem and someones going to you know is going to kill us or someone ill is threatening all of us. The police come and they take jordan neeley and they put him in a recovery position. Recovery means that they lay him on his side so he doesnt choke and and, you know, choke on his own vomit or so that theres no problem turns out he gets to the hospital. Hes dead. Everyone on that subway car. Thanked the marine, the 24 year old marine who was a sergeant, by the way. He had left marines. He was done. He was a hes an architecture student in college. He didnt want to get involved, but he took a risk. He became the Good Samaritan in the vacuum that was created by the left in, you know, the left did to him, charged him with manslaughter they, charged with manslaughter. The same d. A. Who was a soros funded prosecutor who indicted donald trump for the same thing that Hillary Clinton did, although donald trump did not do it the way she did it. He used his own money. She used other money. Ill explain it in a minute. All right. And now hes under indictment. His whole is forever changed and they say is racist because the marine was white and the mentally ill person black. But if you remember, said one of the other guys who held him down, black had nothing to do with racism. This guy, marine, is so clean they cant find anything. He played lacrosse in high school. You know, his father was in the military there was like no problem with this guy, but hes going to go through hell and the rest of his life, hell be tagged as the guy who killed a black on the train. But instead of defunding the police, they should have increased police. Increased this police in the inner cities where the black on black crime going through the roof in chicago go. This past weekend, memorial weekend, the highest number murders in eight memorial day weekends. But its only getting worse this country. Why because we dont have as many police. Theyre afraid to take action because theyre going to they could be ruined. Their their career, their family. And because we have cashless bail now what is cash this bail cash this bill means you commit crime. Thanks for showing up if we arrest you. But you end up leaving before the cop finishes the. That assumes the cop makes an arrest. Now bail is not something that the right wing or cops made up. It is ensconced in the eighth amendment to the constitution and it is a constant to all mandate bail not to these people they believe in social justice. I personally dont know what social justice is, but what i tell you is a people victims are dying theyre being ignored. Theyre calls are not being responded to, but criminals are out. Theyre being released from prison. And George Gascon is one of the worst thing worse whos ever happened to Prosecutors Office in this country . Larry krasner in philadelphia, chester boudin, at least they got rid of him. Okay, but we got problems. George soros is funding people who dont believe in prosecuting crime, but they dont what to do about it. This is not this is not science. All have to do is make sure that there are consequences. So now we have organized crimes in the malls and in the stores and everything is locked up. And there there are theres no way that were going to change any of in the near future. Lets move on to the department of justice. Merrick garland believes that parents who care about their children are domestic terrorists. How does how do we get to this point, folks . How did we get to the point where an attorney general sends, the fbi out to speak to parents after they take their place down who go to Parent Teacher meeting or to a School Meeting . How did we get here . Its because they dont want you to know what theyre teaching your kids. And thats why weve got so many. Whoa look corporate exact you tips because weve never known theyve been teaching our kids it wasnt covid which was a silver where they pulled back the curtain and the parents said, holy, look at what theyre teaching kids. Its total indoctrination. So one parent goes to a School Meeting. His daughter was raped in the bathroom by someone of the opposite, who identified as female that day. The school tried to cover it up. The father went to the school and the school had the father thrown out. Father says, ill to the School Board Meeting. He goes to the School Board Meeting in loudoun county, virginia, and the police arrest, by the way, just as an employee, the dirt who identified as a female so that he could use the female bathroom to molest a young girl was sent to another school where he molested another girl. Okay. And they want to cover this up. And out of that came parents are domestic terrorists. This is insanity. Lets just talk about transgender. I dont want to talk about it. I really dont think the whole idea that they want to show our children books. Ive seen these books and they say the republicans, they want ban books. There are horrible people. You know, its like the holocaust. No, we dont want to ban books. We just want to make sure youre old enough to take the book in. We dont want you to see how to perform oral sex on someone of the same gender when youre six years old. When i was a d. A. , if i were a d. A. And that were happening now, id arrest him for child. But nobody thinks that way anymore. Weve got to let these kids, you know, decide who and what they want to be. So weve got Education System that is a disaster it is up to to make sure that you go to school board and meetings and find out whos running and you put their feet to the fire. This can change and it will change. Now, let me just talk for a minute about joe biden. Joe biden, when he was vice president. Was the point man for. During the Obama Administration. And it amazed his son is an energy genius. I mean, wow, just he must have gotten that from his dad dad. So joe biden wraps himself up in the American Flag and all the pride, prestige that goes with that wrap up. And he goes. These countries in europe and he says this, is america. We dont want any corruption. Even in romania, one country in particular. And he we are against corruption in government. So joe is the front man hunter is the bagman. So joe walks in and he says no corruption of romania and hunter takes Million Dollars from a romanian guy in government whos convicted. Corruption. Okay. Joe also goes to ukraine. And joe says he ramps himself of the flag again and he says if you dont get rid of the prosecutor in this company, the one my sons making 80,000 a year on and ive a bunch of his friends whose parents are congress, too. Then im not going to give you 1,000,000,000 of american money. How dare you how dare you leverage our tax payer dollars to favor policy so that your family gets money. Thats what happened, folks . He it. Thats how dumb the guy is he came out and he said, do you remember that talk . You said, son of a within 6 hours they got rid of the prosecutor. Are you stupid . Do i mean, that is an admission. He admitted it. And isnt it interesting how all chickens come home to roost in this. 1023 that theyre fighting about is an allegation that joe biden took money. Hes a criminal. But you see, were not stupid anymore. We to have faith, you know, pull back the curtain on that. Donald trump. Donald trump is the one who said it was fake news. And theres a lot of fake stuff to sell in you folks. That aint true. And he was right. And were smarter because of that. So the issue is going to be will take down joe. No, its not going to happen. You got to have the department of Justice Merrick garland is the head of the department of justice. Its been five years. Hes investigating. Five years. Youre investigating hunter that investigation started with 140 suspicious activity reports by the department of treasury from money from foreign countries. This guys wheeling and dealing, getting those garbage bags and collecting millions and billions from china, ukraine and russia, mexico, romania. And thats what we know of so far and yet hunter, hes helping prosecute you for anything i could take 5 minutes right now and write an accusatory instrument and charge him with lying a pistol permit application. Which pistol permit application him to get a gun which ended up in a garbage can right near a school that his brothers widow and lover then threw the garbage can or took it out of and gave to the secret service. Thats a crime. Thats a felony if joe biden so antigun, why is he trying to prosecute crimes . And what about fairer lobbying . You had you had to register a lobbyist. Obama knew what was happening and the Obama Administration kept saying, you got to pipe down with your son here. No. Joes like riding around on air force two and taking hunter all over the world, and theyre collecting the cash. So you say to yourself, well, paul manafort, remember him . Nobody really cares one way or another about him. He went to jail and was put solitary confinement. He had on Trumps Campaign solitary confinement for not registering as a foreign agent. Hunter biden is know painting for a half a Million Dollars. So forget about the department of justice. The fbi politicized his weaponized began with jim comey. The i knew jim comey. I was a dea when he was the United States attorney. Our buildings are right next to each other. We worked on cases together. Jim comey is a smart guy. He lied when he said no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. He lied with that unverified affidavit, david, that went to the fisa court judge so that they could violate the Fourth Amendment rights of carter page to spy on donald trump the way they do in third world countries. That would never, ever happen in administration where there were honest people. But im going to notch it up on the Durham Report came out two weeks ago, two and a half weeks ago. A Law Firm Hires someone, another country to create a whole dossier. That was a lie. Get jim comey and all of them and jim comey by the way, dropped his investigation in the Southern District of new york of the clinton foundation. But she gets him now to make sure that they get a warrant based upon this ridiculous information and the the the wrenching part of it is that she told barack and she told, joe biden, that she was creating this russia collusion hoax to get the press off back about her email scandal. Remember the email scandal you know she had she said, oh, you know, i got rid of 33,000 emails. Its all about me going to yoga. First of all, you dont look like your brand of yoga. Hillary. And secondly, i got to tell you, i dont believe anything you say and this. So she says, oh, with bleach. But you think i got rid of it with bleach fit and she was laughing at us because she obstructed justice and destroyed evidence so its worse in the end she decided by doing that that she would rupture nation because it was after donald trump got elected that stopped talking to each other. The people unfriended each that donald was a putin puppet and a russian asset and everybody hated us. All right. If you were a trump supporter, she did. That woman did that and now she gets away with it. And on television this week saying, i think age is an issue for joe. And then shes like, oh, you know, shes saying, im available to run for president this. Could be my last chance. All right. I do want to open this up to question, but i want to leave you with some positive stuff. Theres one guy who should make you feel good. I dont know if hes a guy, a girl, actually. I know what he is. Dylan. Let me tell you why, conservatives together and said b. S. On this. Conservatives got together, said, we will boycott, but like we are not this garbage. And they lost a huge share of the market place. All right. And memorial day weekend was, worse than they could have imagined. And you know whos suffering . I think it was target 9 billion. They lost already target with i dont know what the i never knew any of this stuff talk friendly bathing suits for guys. Okay i mean at i dont know. I never i never said this ill tell you right now i never had a brother so when my son young and i was potty training him, i never had a brother. Right that his sister toys potty training him. I dont know how i thats gotten my crazy mind but i was trying to potty train him so i say you got to stand up and pee alex and then real fast you have to then turn around and poop. And then im doing it like this. Its coming. And the and then one of my girlfriends was like the poor kid was like he was an erotic at this. Im amazed he still talks to me oh yeah but i mean so i dont know about talk friendly either. I didnt even know they could, you know, do it all at the same time. But that im a youre an adult anyway. Oh, all right. And another positive thing you 300 covid aeromedical from ob from a scientific literature like the lancet and, some other medical journals have been declared to be mistaken or wrong. And so all of this stuff where they took doctors and to take away their licenses because they prescribed hydroxy chloroquine or they said x, y or z, theyre now coming and saying, we were wrong. There were tracting over 300 of covid medical papers where they swore that they were right. We were right. We had to take an experimental drug to go to work. What they did was an outrage. History will not treat them well, but in the end. I watched the movie coming here. It was Whitney Houston movie and she was phenomenal. I you should listen to her music. I mean, she can belt out, but in 1991, she sang the National Anthem at the super bowl game. Does anybody remember who in the super bowl . Oh, i love it. Theres a woman. What do you remember . Do you know who played the new york giants . I am impressed. The giants. Who do they play . I dont know. I dont. I know we covered the people from new york before the game. Buffalo bills, the giants. I want to wear something that makes me feel comfortable. Like people in stands. And she went out and she said and she said i want to sing this song slowly. I want people to listen to. And she sang National Anthem. I was in tears on the plane. She sang it from the heart because such a great country that we have and the good is brittney griner. You know, that woman in russia, the black basketball, she took a knee for years. She now stands for the National Anthem. You see, theres hope there is when we unite, when we come together or we say were not going to tolerate it. Were not going to be a socialist marxist nation. And they didnt give it to my i mean, right away make a motion for dismissal of the charges a reversal of the conviction. Do a motion whatever they do in federal system.
